摘  要:目的建立八味大青叶洗剂的质量控制方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法鉴别了八味大青叶洗剂中大青叶、苦参、地肤子、金银花等4味药材;采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定了本制剂中蛇床子素的含量。结果 TLC法专属性强,能明显检出大青叶、苦参、地肤子、金银花;HPLC法测定含量结果显示,蛇床子素在56~280μg/m L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为99.0%,RSD为0.84%(n=6)。结论本方法操作简便可靠,灵敏度高,可有效控制八味大青叶洗剂的质量。Objective To establish a quality control method for Bawei Daqingye lotion. Methods TLC was used to identify four kinds of medicinal materials, such as folium isatidis, radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus kochiae, honeysuckle, etc. The content of osthole in this preparation was determined by HPLC. Results TLC method had strong specificity and could detect the folium isatidis, radix sophorae flavescentis, fructus kochiae, honeysuckle. The results of HPLC assay showed that there was a good linear relationship (r=0.9998) within the range of 56 ~ 280 μg/mL, with an average recovery rate of 99.0% and RSD of 0.84% (n=6). Conclusion This method is simple, reliable and sensitive, and can effectively control the quality of Bawei Daqingye lotion.
