贝雷梁碗扣式钢管支架在现浇梁施工中的综合应用

摘　　要：贝雷梁是由桁架片、销子、横梁、纵梁通过铰接和螺栓拼装而成的支架。每一片桁架片形式相同,拼接方便,能很快接长,且能组成不同跨度和多种排数、层数不一的施工平台。碗扣式钢管支架主要由碗扣接口、立杆、横杆、顶杆、支座和其他配套构件组成。贝雷梁支架与碗扣式钢管满堂支架相结合的组合支架施工方法既能克服满堂支架高度受限难题,又能满足安全进度要求,具有很强的经济性。Bailey Beam is composed of truss pieces,pins,beams and longitudinal beams through hinged and bolted. Each truss piece has the same form,which is convenient for splicing and can be connected quickly,and they can form a construction platform with different spans and various rows and layers. The bowl-type steel pipe bracket consists mainly of the clasp of the bowl,the vertical rails,the horizontal rails,the ejector pin,the supportsm and other supporting components. The combination of Bailey beam and bowlshaped steel pipe with the combination of the scaffold can overcome the problem of height limitation and meet the requirements of safety schedule,which has a strong economy.
