摘　　要：现代建筑逐渐向绿色节能建筑方向发展,因此人们也加强了在该方面的研究与分析。介绍我国建筑节能管理现状,分析推进绿色建筑工程节能管理的问题及解决措施,对绿色评估内容的启示进行了详细阐述。目前的节能管理问题主要与绿色建筑体系不够健全有关,同时绿色建筑评价体系较为缺乏。解决节能管理问题,应从宏观调控层面发挥作用,加强监管,强化统筹协调,重视评价体系构建。Modern buildings have gradually developed toward green and energy-saving buildings,so people have also strengthened research and analysis in this area. Introduce the status quo of Chinese building energy conservation management,analyze the issues and solutions to promote energy conservation management of green building projects,and elaborate the inspiration for the content of green assessment. The current energy-saving management issues are mainly related to the incompleteness of the green building system,and the lack of a green building evaluation system. To solve the problem of energy-saving management,we should play a role in the macro-control level,strengthen supervision,strengthen overall coordination,and pay attention to the evaluation system.
