摘　　要：6分钟步行试验(6 minute walking test,6MWT)是指在平坦的地面测量患者在6分钟之内步行的距离(6 minute walk distance,6MWD),并记录患者呼吸困难、疲劳评分和血氧饱和度、血压、心率,广泛应用心肺功能评估,现就6MWT与肺功能、生活质量关系进行分析,并总结其在气道疾病、肺血管疾病、间质性肺疾病等慢性呼吸病中的应用进展。6 The six-minute walk test（6 MWT）refers to the distance a patient walk on a flat, rigid surface in six minutes and dyspnea,fatigue score, blood oxygen saturation, blood pressure, and heart rate are recorded. It was widely used to measure cardiopulmonary function. In this paper, we analyzed the relation between 6 MWT and parameters of lung function and summarized the life quality score and the progress in 6 MWT for chronic respiratory diseases,including the airway, pulmonary vessels, and interstitial lung diseases.
