黄褐斑患者血清氧自由基和TLRs/MYD88信号通路表达与病情的关系

摘　　要：目的探讨黄褐斑患者血清氧自由基和TLRs/MYD88信号通路表达水平与患者病情严重程度的关系。方法选择本院2016年9月-2017年6月治疗的90例黄褐斑患者作为研究对象,所有患者采用放射性免疫吸附法检测血清中氧化应激水平,黄褐斑患者外周血单个核细胞TLRs/MYD88信号通路表达水平。结果显效皮损患者氧化应激物MDA、AOPP水平均低于无效、有效患者;抗氧化物质GSH-PX、SOD水平均高于无效、有效患者;无效患者TLR2、TLR4、MYD88表达水平均高于有效、显效患者;重度皮损患者氧化应激物MDA、AOPP水平均低于轻度、中度患者;抗氧化物质GSHPX、SOD水平均高于轻度、中度患者;重度皮损患者TLR2、TLR4、MYD88表达水平均高于轻度、中度患者,以上差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论黄褐斑患者氧自由基和TLRs/MYD88水平与患者病情和治疗效果密切相关。Objective To investigate the relationship of the expression of oxygen free radical and TLRs/MYD88 signaling pathway with the severity of the disease in patients with melasma. Methods Ninety patients with chloasma treated within June 2017-September 2016 were selected as the subjects. All patients were conducted for the detection, by radioimmunoadsorption, of oxidative stress in serum and the expression of TLRs/MYD8 signaling pathway in peripheral blood mononuclear cells of patients with chloasma. Results The levels of oxidative stress MDA and AOPP were lower than that of invalid and effective patients, and the levels of GSH-PX and SOD were higher than those of the ineffective and effective patients. The levels of TLR2, TLR4 and MYD8 in the ineffective patients were higher than those in the effective patients ; the levels of MDA and AOPP in the severe skin lesions were lower than those of the mild ones and moderate ones. The levels of GSH-PX and SOD were higher than those of mild and moderate patients, and the levels of TLR2, TLR4 and MYD8 in severe skin lesions were higher than those of mild and moderate patients, and the above differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The levels of oxygen free radicals and TLRs/MYD88 in patients with melasma are closely related to the patient＇s condition and treatment effect.
