摘 要:假设一个理论上平衡的河流形态,基于河床演变学、水文学、环境学的理论,论证了河流形态变化对河流水资源量、水生态系统、水质及地下水的影响。大规模的中、小水电开发会持续扰动和加速河床演变进程,减少水资源量、影响河流自净,如果管理不当,会减小河流生产力,增加自然灾害的风险。还讨论了灌溉工程和河道整治的有关问题。建议在水资源管理工作中要注意河流形态变化,控制由此带来的不利影响。Supposing a theoretic dynamic balanced river shape,based on the theory of river bed evolution,hydrology and environmental science,this article demonstrates the effects of river shape change on the river water quantity and quality,the water ecosystem,and the ground water. The medium and small hydropower exploitation in large numbers will continually disturb and accelerate the river bed evolution,will decrease water resources quantity,affect river self-cleaning,without sufficient management,it will reduce river productivity and increase the risks of natural disaster. The related problems for irrigation projects and watercourse treatment are also discussed. To notice the river shape changes and control the negative effects are proposed for water resources management.
