个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果研究

摘　　要：目的研究个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗妊娠期糖尿病效果。方法在2016年2月~2017年10月选取我院妊娠期糖尿病患者65例,分为对照组32例,观察组33例,对照组给予常规营养指导及运动指导治疗,观察组给予个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗,观察患者血糖情况、血脂情况及并发生发生率。结果观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖,糖化血红蛋白比对照组低,TG、TC比对照组高,母婴并发症发生率比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予妊娠期糖尿病患者个体化医学营养疗法结合运动疗法治疗,能降低患者血糖水平,降低血脂,减少母婴并发症发生,值得借鉴。Objective To study the effect of individualized medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy on gestational diabetes. Methods From February 2016 to October 2017, 65 patients with gestational diabetes in our hospital were selected. They were divided into control group（32 cases） and observation group（33 cases）. The control group was given conventional nutrition instruction and exercise guidance treatment. The observation group was individualized. Medical nutrition therapy combined with exercise therapy to observe the patient＇s blood glucose, blood lipids and the incidence of occurrence. Results Fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2 h blood glucose were lower in the observation group than in the control group. TG and TC were higher than the control group. The incidence of maternal and fetal complications was lower than the control group,（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Individualized medical nutritional therapy combined with exercise therapy for gestational diabetes patients can reduce blood glucose level, reduce blood lipids, and reduce the incidence of maternal and neonatal complications. It is worth learning from them.
