摘　　要：B市不仅是革命老区也是"老少边山穷"地区,扶贫任务艰巨,脱贫工作难度大,要实现B市革命老区精准扶贫,脱贫攻坚,必须要革新扶贫模式。社会工作是一项以助人自助为理念的专业性助人活动,在抚贫工作中可作为扶贫资源的联系者、扶贫政策倡导者、扶贫工作的需求评估者等发挥着重要的作用。采用社会工作专业方法进行B市革命老区精准扶贫将是老区扶贫方式的一个有益的尝试。B city is the old revolutionary area as well as remote, hilly and poverty-stricken area which is near the border and has many minority nationalities. The task of poverty alleviation is arduous and the poverty alleviation work is difficult, and it is necessary to reform the poverty alleviation mode in order to realize the poverty alleviation. Social work is a professional help with the principle of helping people to help oneself, which plays an important role in poverty alleviation and as a link to poverty alleviation resources, an advocates of poverty alleviation policies and an assessors of the need of poverty alleviation work. The use of social work professional methods in targeted poverty alleviation work of the old revolutionary area will be a beneficial attempt.
