环境园混合废油制备生物柴油工艺探索

摘　　要：以环境园内工业副产物动物废油及餐厨垃圾分离出的餐饮废油按1:1混合做为原料,对其进行预处理,采用两步固体酸碱催化法将其制备成生物柴油。制备出的生物柴油收率较为理想,对其进行各项指标测定,基本满足相关标准。This paper presents the production of bio-diesel by solid-acid and solid-base catalyst method, which is based on the disposal of mixedmaterials equal from the animal waste oil（industrial by-product）in environmental park and waste oil detached from kitchen rubbish.The effect of ar-tifactitious bio-diesel is ideal and the measured index, toa large degree, satisfies relevant standards.
