摘 要:通过培养皿发芽法,探索NaCl胁迫处理对黄瓜种子萌发的影响,了解黄瓜种子萌发的耐盐水平以及对土壤酸碱性的选择,为黄瓜抗盐品种的选育提供了理论依据.该实验设置了0、15、85、155、225、295、365 mmol/L这7个NaCl浓度梯度对黄瓜种子进行盐胁迫,在其他因素相同的情况下,以0 mmol/L为对照,观察和记录规定时间内各浓度梯度下黄瓜发芽的种子数,然后计算种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数等指标.结果表明:对照组黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数分别为:95.56%、70.01%、32.92、56.51.当NaCl浓度是15mmol/L时,黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数分别为92.22%、64.44%、31.99、53.35,较对照组低3.34%、5.57%、0.93和3.16,当N a Cl浓度是85 mmol/L时,黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数较对照组低6.67%、7.79%、2.24和6.99,当NaCl浓度分别为155 mmol/L、225 mmol/L、295 mmol/L和365 mmol/L时,黄瓜种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数及活力指数分别都低于对照组.由此可见,NaCl胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发不仅有抑制作用,且随着浓度的升高,其抑制作用也增大.The effects of NaCl stress on seed germination of cucumber were explored by means of culture dish germination.The article understands the salt tolerance level of cucumber seed germination and the choice of soil acid and alkalinity to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of cucumber resistant varieties. The experiment sets tendency for the 7 L NaCl concentration gradient such as 0、15、85、155、225、295、365 mmol/L to carry on salt stress of cucumber seeds. Under the same condition of other factors, with 0 tendency/L for comparison,the experiment observes and records the concentration gradient in the time allotted for the germination of cucumber seeds,and then calculates the seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index and other indicators. The results showed that the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index of cucumber seeds in the control group were respectively. 95.56% 、70.01% 、32.925 and 6.51. When NaCl concentration is a tendency for 15 mmol/L,cucumber seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index of 92.22% 、64.44%、31.99 and 53.35 respectively,lower than the control group 3.34%、5.57%、0.93 and 3.16. When the concentration of NaCl is a tendency for 85 mmol/L,cucumber seed germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vigor index was lower than those of control group 6.67%、7.79%、2.24 and 6.99. When NaCl concentration was 155 mmol/L,225 mmol/L,295 mmol/L and365 mmol/L,the germination rate,germination potential,germination index and vitality index of cucumber seeds were lower than the control group. It can be seen that NaCl ribbed pressure can not only inhibit the seed germination of cucumber,but also increase with the rise of concentration.
