河北省与北京市旅行社服务创新能力比较研究

摘　　要：建立旅行社服务创新能力指标体系,对河北省与北京市旅行社进行问卷调查,利用层析分析方法和SPSS软件对二者进行对比研究。研究发现,河北省旅行社服务创新能力在市场开拓能力、创新部门人员专门化程度和信息管理化水平等三个方面与北京旅行社存在较大差距。河北省旅行社企业应充分发挥政府政策引导作用,建立人才培养培训机制,在互联网时代找到自身比较优势。In this article,the index system of service innovation ability of travel agency was established,and the questionnaire survey of Hebei province and Beiji ng travel agency was conducted. The study found that there is a big gap of Hebei province＇s travel agency service innovation ability in the market development ability,the innovation personnel specialization degree and information management level three aspects with Beijing travel agency. We should give full play to the role of government policy guidance,establish talent training mechanism,and find our own comparative advantages in the Internet era.
