摘  要:桩端超前钻进注浆工艺及其系统将岩层注浆技术与基桩工艺相结合,经由桩端岩层超前钻进注浆系统在桩端岩层实现桩端注浆造孔,在钻孔内高压注浆,通过充填、固结岩层的裂隙,使桩端与桩端岩层成为一个整体,充分发挥岩层固有承载力,实现在桩端不充分入岩的情况下,起到桩端入岩的效果,在提高施工效率、控制施工造价的同时,提高基础桩承载力。是一种可缩短施工进度,成本合理可控又能保证承载力达到入岩水平的桩端处理技术措施,为今后嵌岩桩设计施工提供一定技术参考,具有一定的推广价值。This paper describes a new construction technology of rock socketed piles which can skillfully combine the grouting technique with the rock socketed pile. Through drilling and grouting at the bottom of the socketed pile, filling and consolidating the fissure of the rock layer, this system will make the pile end and strata become an entirety. So the strata play a role in natural bearing capacity, to achieve the effect of pile end rock entry when the pile end does not fully enter into the rock. It is a pile tip treatment technology that can shorten construction schedule, control cost reasonably and guarantee the bearing capacity to reach the level of rock entry. It will provide certain technical reference for future design and construction of rock socketed pile, and has the promotion value.
