透明质酸修护生物膜联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎120例的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨医学护肤品透明质酸修护生物膜联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎120例的疗效。方法将诊断明确的240例糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎患者,随机分为2组,每组各120例,对照组,予润燥止痒胶囊2 g/次,口服3次/d;试验组,在对照组的基础上,全疗程配合外用保湿剂薇诺娜透明质酸修护生物膜,2次/d。疗程均为8周。在8周内进行疗效观察,并于首诊日、治疗后第14、28、56天进行皮肤屏障功能测定。结果试验组有效率为85.0%,对照组为64.17%,2组差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),试验组的起效时间和皮损消退时间均早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01),并且试验组患者经皮水分丢失(TEWL)值显著低于对照组,皮肤角质层含水量(WCSC)显著高于对照组。结论透明质酸修护生物膜联合润燥止痒胶囊治疗糖皮质激素依赖性皮炎的疗效良好,且能加快修复皮肤屏障功能。Objective In order to investigate the effect of hyaluronic acid repair biomembrane combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on 120 patients qualified with corticosteroid addictive dermatitis（CsAD）. Methods Two hundred and forty patients qualified with hormone-dependent dermatitis were divided into two groups, one hundred and twenty patients per group. The patients in control group were given Runzao Zhiyang capsule 2 g three times per day. The patients in treatment group were given hyaluronic acid repair biomask for external use twice daily and Runzao Zhiyang capsule 2 g three times per day. The course of treatment contains 8 weeks. The effect of treatment were analyzed, and the skin barrier function on days0,14, 28 and 56 were determined. Results The rate of effect in treatment group was 85.0%, and control grop was 64.17%,which has significant difference between the two groups（P0.01）. The onset time of effect and extinction time of skin lesions in treatment group were more sooner than the control group（P0.05, P0.01）. Addtionally, transepidermal water loss（TEWL）rates in treatment group were lower than that in control group, while the WCSC vaules were significant higher than the control group. Conclusion The efficacy of hyaluronic acid repair biomask combined with Runzao Zhiyang capsule on CsAD is supe-rior to Runzao Zhiyang capsule alone. Furthermore, the data demonstrated that Hyaluronic acid for external use could acceler-ate the repairement of skin barrier.
