关节镜下有限性清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗膝骨性关节炎患者近期疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:探究关节镜下有限性清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗对膝骨性关节炎患者的近期疗效。方法:选择因膝骨性关节炎主要治疗的患者100例,依据其就诊时的ID号码采用简单随机分组的方式分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例。对照组给予关节镜下有限性清理术治疗,观察组在此基础上给予关节内注射透明质酸钠2ml治疗,术后嘱咐患者依据医嘱进行功能锻炼。采用Lysholm膝关节功能评分判定患者术后近期治疗效果。结果:治疗前两组患者在Lysholm评分上比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2周、4周及治疗3个月后患者Lysholm评分明显上升,研究组要明显高于对照组患者(P<0.05);,研究组患者近期总有效率为92.0%,要明显高于对照组72.0%的近期总有效率(P<0.05);治疗前后两组患者均未出现感染、血肿及血栓性静脉炎等不良反应发生(P>0.05),但对照组有2例患者因首次注射透明质酸钠后出现关节疼痛加重的情况,停止注射治疗后疼痛在2个月后完全消失。结论:采用关节镜下有限清理术联合透明质酸钠注射液治疗膝骨性关节炎对于改善患者疼痛、肿胀、关节活动障碍的效果是安全、有效。Objective：To explore the short-term efficacy of arthroscopic limited clearance combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods：A total of 100 patients with osteoarthritis of knee were selected,and the ID numbers were divided into observation group and control group according to their random number.each so cases The control group received arthroscopic limited clearance treatment,the observation group on this basis to give intra-articular injection of sodium hyaluronate 2 ml treatment,after the patient asked the patient according to the instructions for functional exercise.The Lysholm knee function score was used to determine the postoperative outcome of the patients.Results：The Lysholm score was significantly higher in the two groups before treatment（P〈0.05）.The Lysholm score of the patients was significantly higher than that of the control group at 2 weeks,4 weeks and 3 months after treatment（P 0.05）.The total effective rate was 92.0%in the study group,which was significantly higher than that in the control group（P 0.05）.There was no infection,hematoma and thrombophlebitis in the two groups before and after treatment Adverse reactions occurred（P 0.05）,but the control group of 2 patients due to the first injection of sodium hyaluronate after the increase in joint pain,stop the injection of pain after 2 months completely disappeared.Conclusion：The use of arthroscopic limited clearance combined with sodium hyaluronate injection in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis is effective and effective in improving the pain,swelling and joint movement of patients.Worthy of clinical wide promotion.
