摘 要:目的针对深加工阿胶制品,选择一种最优DNA提取方法,为动物源性真伪鉴定奠定基础。方法对5种不同的DNA提取方法进行综合比较,获取一种适合阿胶的高质量DNA提取方法。结果超高速离心法提取的DNA纯度最高,质量最好,完全能满足下游实验要求。结论超高速离心法适合深加工阿胶制品DNA提取分离。Objective To screen an optimal method for extraction of DNA from deeply processed products of Asini corii colla. Methods A high quality DNA extraction method suitable for Asini corii colla was obtained by comparative study on 5 different DNA extraction methods. Results For deep processed products of Asini corii colla, the DNA extracted by ultra-high speed centrifugation had the highest purity and the best quality, which fully met the requirements of downstream experiments. Conclusion Ultra-high speed centrifugation is suitable for DNA extraction from deeply processed products of Asini corii colla.
