摘 要:目的制备多烯紫杉醇纳米粒溶液并用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定包封率。方法采用乳化溶剂挥发法制备多烯紫杉醇纳米粒溶液,采用HPLC测定包封率。结果多烯紫杉醇在0.2000~3.2000 mg/ml(r=0.9999)浓度范围内线性关系良好,精密度符合要求。平均回收率为98.52%,RSD值为3.67%(n=5)。平均包封率85.15%,RSD值为3.79%。结论 HPLC可用于测定该多烯紫杉醇纳米粒的包封率。Objective To prepare the docetaxel nanoparticle solution and determine its encapsulation efficiency by HPLC. Methods Emulsion solvent evaporation method was used to prepare the docetaxel nanoparticles. HPLC was adopted to determine the encapsulation efficiency. Results The linear relationship of docetaxel was good within 0.2000-3.2000 mg/ml(r=0.9999) concentration range. Precision can meet the requirements. The average recovery was 98.52 % with RSD of 3.67 %(n=5). The average encapsulation efficiency was 85.15 % with RSD of 3.79 %. Conclusion HPLC can be used to determine the encapsulation efficiency of docetaxel nanoparticles.
