摘  要:本文针对反应堆压力容器主螺栓孔,提出了基于阵列图像采集的检查方法,该方法使用阵列摄像机进行同步图像采集,利用高密度LED的条形光源辅助照明,采用字符叠加器将实时螺孔位置信息与视频信号叠加,并传输至硬盘录像机进行同步录像,合成的视频图像可实时播放,也可录制、回放、下载、导出供后续分析。结果表明,基于阵列图像采集的螺孔检查方法,显著提高了螺孔螺纹检查的效率,视频图像清晰、缺陷识别度高且定位准确。Aiming at stud holes of reactor pressure vessel(RPV),the inspection method based on array image acquisition is proposed in this paper. Array cameras are adopted to collect images synchronously,high density LED auxiliary lighting is introduced to the thread surface. The information of thread position is added to the acquired video by character adder,then the combined video is transmitted to hard disk video recorder for video recording,the final synthetic video can be displayed for real-time,as well as recorded,replayed,downloaded and exported for the further analysis. The results show that the inspection method based on array image acquisition improve efficiency of stud holes detecting greatly,the image of thread is clear and small defect on the surface can be recognized with high positioning accuracy.
