重庆避暑休闲地产适应性规划选址及设施配套指标体系研究

摘　　要：重庆避暑休闲地产是应重庆特殊的气候特征生成的旅游度假地产物业类型。现行的避暑休闲地产,规划选址及设施配套基本参照城市住宅地产有关规范标准,难以适应避暑休闲的资源禀赋特征以及消费行为特征。该文通过对避暑休闲地产的现状建设选址与设施配套以及避暑休闲的资源禀赋特征和消费行为特征进行梳理分析,研究探讨了避暑休闲地产的规划选址及设施配套指标体系,规范和引导避暑休闲地产高品质建设。The summer resort real estate in Chongqing is a tourism resort real estate property that is generated in the special climatic environment of Chongqing. Generally, the current summer resort real estate property largely refers to the relevant standards of urban residential real estate for planning and site selection as well as facilities arrangement, hardly adaptive to the resource endowment characteristics and consumption behaviors. This paper analyzes the status quo of the construction site selection and facilities arrangement of the summer resort real estate property, and the resource endowment characteristics and consumer behaviors of summer resort, and discusses the planning and site selection as well as the facilities arrangement index system of the summer resort real estate, guiding and standardizing the high quality construction of the summer resort real estate.
