微信集群干预对糖尿病前期病人饮食及血糖控制的影响

摘　　要：[目的]探究基于网络的微信集群干预模式对糖尿病前期病人饮食及血糖控制的干预效果。[方法]选取郑州市某三级甲等医院2016年6月—2017年12月筛查出的糖尿病前期病人121例为研究对象,按照护理干预方式分为两组,对照组实施常规健康教育,观察组实施基于网络的微信集群干预,比较两组病人干预前后日均饮食摄入达标情况、体重指数(BMI)、血糖、血脂等指标的变化。[结果]干预后两组血糖、血脂和日均饮食摄入达标情况均有所改善,观察组改善情况优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]微信集群干预模式有助于提高病人的自我管理能力,促进其进行饮食、运动等生活方式的调整,改善病人血糖、血脂情况。Objective：To explore the intervention effect of the WeChat cluster intervention model based on Internet on diet and blood glucose control in patients with prediabetes,so as to provide references for exploring more effective prediabetes management model.Methods：The prediabetic patients screened from June 2016 to December 2017 in a certain third grade A hospital in Zhengzhou were selected as the subjects,divided into intervention group and control group.The patients in control group used the conventional health education,the patients in intervention group received intervention of WeChat cluster based on network.The average daily intake rate,body mass index（BMI）,fasting blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin（HbA1c）were compared between two groups before and after diet and blood glucose intervention.Results：There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in blood sugar and daily diet compliance rate（P〉0.05）.After intervention,the two groups of blood glucose and daily average compliance rate were improved（P〉0.05）,but that in intervention group was better than that in control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusions：the WeChat cluster intervention model could effectively improve the patient＇s compliance,change the life style of patients,and improve the biochemical indicators of patients.
