摘 要:当前,市场上缺少针对现代有轨电车槽型轨轨距的检测设备,基于激光三角测量原理提出并设计一种现代有轨电车槽型轨轨距检测小车结构。为了保证推行过程中结构的稳定性和设备的灵活性,车体设计为左右对称结构并设有路轨转换结构;然后,利用Ansys Workbench软件对结构进行静力学分析与拓扑优化分析。静力学结果分析表明:车架的最大形变量为0.799 mm,最大应力26.7 MPa,完全满足使用要求。最后,以检测梁材料的质量为优化目标对结构进行拓扑优化。结果表明:去除检测梁左右两端的部分结构,并且在中间的侧面与底面设计减重孔能够将检测梁减重34.2%,减重优化方案效果良好。轨距检测小车结构设计方案合理,对现代有轨电车槽型轨轨距检测设备的设计具有一定参考价值。At present,the channel rail detection device for modern trams is not available in the market,therefore,a track gauge instrument structure for channel rail is presented based on the principle of laser triangulation. In order to ensure the stability of the structure and the flexibility of the equipment,the bilateral symmetry vehicle body structure with road and rail conversion is designed,and static analysis and topology optimization of the structure are conducted with Ansys Workbench software. The results show that the maximum deformation of the frame is 0. 799 mm and the maximum stress is 26. 7 MPa,which satisfies the requirement of use. Finally,the topological optimization of the structure is carried out with the quality of the beam material as the optimization target. The results show the weight of the detection beam can be reduced by 34. 2% with the removal of partial structures of the left and right ends of the detection beam and with the designed weight reduction holes in the middle side and the bottom surface,and the re-optimization scheme works well. The design of the track gauge instrument structure is proved reasonable, providing certain references for the design of modern tram track detection device.
