广西政府公共投资对区域经济增长作用研究

摘　　要：中国改革开放以来,政府公共投资一直是推动区域经济发展的强大动力,而政府公共投资在社会总投资中也一直占有较高的比例。运用柯布-道格拉斯生产函数对广西和广东经济增长和政府公共投资的关系进行回归分析,揭示公共投资与地方经济增长的关系。通过对比两地之间政府公共投资的产出弹性之间的差距,发现相比于广东,广西在公共投资的利用方面还有很大的差距。因此,要在加大对以广西为代表的西部地区公共投资的规模、确保范围合理的同时,当地政府也要做好相应的承接工作,积极利用公共投资培养管理人员和技术工人,完善相关产业链条。Since China＇s reform and opening up, government public investment has always been a powerful driving force for regional economic development, and government public investment has always held a high proportion in total social investment. Using the Cobb-Douglas production function, a regression analysis of the relationship between economic growth and government investment inGuangxi and Guangdong Province reveals the relationship between public investment and local economic growth. By comparing the gapbetween the output elasticity of government public investment between the two places, it is found that there is still a large gap between theuse of public in vestment in Guangxi Province compared to Guangdong Province. Therefore, while increasing the scale and ensuring thescope of public in vestment in the western region represented by Guangxi, the local government must also do a good job in carrying out the work and actively use public investment to train managers and skilled workers to improve the relevant industrial chain.
