摘　　要：为了确保军用土地调查项目能按期保质保量实现预定目标,开展了项目进度管理研究与应用。在项目初始阶段,制定了项目总体进度计划,绘制了项目计划甘特图;在项目实施过程中,持续对项目计划执行情况进行监控,及时发现工期延误的问题,采取进程控制措施、调整项目计划整减少或消除工期延误。通过项目进度管理的全面实施,在预定期限内圆满完成了军用土地调查项目的各项任务。In order to ensure that the military land survey project can meet the target quality and quantity in time, the project schedule management research and application is carried out. In the initial stage of the project, the overall schedule plan of the project was drawn up and the project plan Gantt chart was drawn. During the implementation of the project, the implementation of the project plan was monitored continuously, the time delay was found, the process control measures were taken and the project plan was adjusted to reduce or eliminate delays. Through the full implementation of the project schedule management, all the tasks of the military land survey project are completedwithin a predetermined period of time.
