摘　　要：我国经济快速发展提高了人们的物质生活水平,同时,还破坏了生态环境。如何有效地提高生产水平,并且降低生产过程中的环境污染就成为学者研究的关键。本文以精益和绿色作为供应链设计的原则,从供应链的采购、制造以及销售的三个角度进行分析,确定了供应链各个模块的设计原则。本文的研究是对绿色供应链研究的重要补充,具有实际意义。The rapid economic development in our country has raised people＇s material standard of living and destroyed the ecological environment at the same time. How to effectively improve the production level, and reduce the environmental pollution in the production process has become the key to scholars. In this paper, lean and green as the principle of supply chain design, from the supply chain procurement, manufacturing and sales of three perspectives to determine the design principles of each module of the supply chain. The research in this paper is an important complement to the research of green supply chain and has practical significance.
