双碱法脱硫工艺在页岩砖厂烟气治理中的应用

摘　　要：采用双碱法脱硫工艺处理唐山某页岩砖厂隧道窑废气。实践表明,废气排放指标均低于《砖瓦工业大气污染物排放标准》(GB 29620-2013)。分析了工程设计、调试和运行中出现的问题,并提出解决方案。The double-alkali desulphurization process was used to treat the tunnel kiln exhaust gas of a shale brick factory inTangshan. Practice shows that exhaust emission indicators are lower than the ＂Emission Standard for Air Pollutants in the Brick Industry＂（GB 29620-2013）. This paper analyzes the problems in engineering design, debugging and operation, and proposes solutions.
