摘　　要：高等教育与社会经济发展的不断加速,大学生的成长受到多元化环境因素的影响,同时社会各行业与新生人力资源供需矛盾不断加深[1],使得大学毕业生就业问题逐渐凸显,这已经成为我国高等教育面临的最重要问题之一。本文深入剖析现今大学生成长环境与就业现状之间的关系,找出制约大学生就业的不利因素并分析产生的原因,并提出科学合理的对策及建议。Higher education and social economy are accelerating unceasingly. Undergraduate growth is influenced by diversified environmental factors. Meanwhile, the contradiction between supply and demand of human resources and all walks of life in society has deepened. Thus, these factors make employment a highlight for graduates, which has become one of the most important issues of high education. This thesis analyzes the status quo of undergraduate employment and growth environment, and studies their relationship. It aims at finding out the negative factors which restricts undergraduate employment, analyzing the causes, and putting forward scientific and reasonable countermeasures and suggestions.
