摘　　要：目的探究循证医学在冠心病介入治疗中的应用效果。方法选择我院2014年10月至2017年10月收治的冠心病介入治疗患者180例进行研究,随机分成对照组和观察组,各90例,对照组患者接受常规的医学治疗,观察组患者接受循证医学,进而对两组患者的治疗依从性、治疗满意度进行对比分析,以了解循证医学的应用效果。结果观察组患者的治疗依从性、治疗满意度均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论循证医学应用于冠心病介入治疗中,具有较好的效果,值得推广和应用。Objective To explore the effect of evidence-based medicine in interventional therapy for coronary heart disease.Methods From October 2014 to October 2017,180 cases of coronary heart disease patients with interventional therapy,randomly divided into control group and observation group,90 cases,control group patients received routine medical treatment,the observation group of patients accepted evidence-based medicine,and then to two groups of patients satisfaction with treatment compliance,treatment were analyzed, in order to understand the application effect of evidence-based medicine.Results The treatment compliance and treatment satisfaction were signifi cantly higher in the observation group than in the control group, and P〈0.05 was statistically signifi cant.Conclusion The application of evidence-based medicine in interventional therapy of coronary heart disease has a good effect, which is worth popularizing and applying.
