摘　　要：Excel具有强大的数据计算功能、开放性的软件接纳与应用能力,物流配送管理工作中,管理人员可运用Excel中的规划求解等软件,通过线性规划求解或非线性规划求解,对物流配送中心选址、物流配送路线规划、物流配送成本等管理内容进行最优化求解,获得最优解,提高物流配送管理的科学性,提高物流配送效率,降低物流配送成本。Excel has powerful data calculation function,open software acceptance and application ability,logistics distribution management,managers can use the software such as Excel planning solution,through linear programming solution or nonlinear programming solution,logistics distribution center location,logistics distribution route planning,logistics distribution cost management to optimize the solution to obtain the best,improve the scientific distribution management. Improve logistics distribution efficiency and reduce logistics distribution cost.
