环磷酸腺苷葡胺治疗老年心力衰竭患者的临床效果再探讨

摘　　要：目的分析验证环磷酸腺苷葡胺药物治疗老年期心力衰竭的临床价值。方法将我院2016年1月~2017年12月内科确诊收治的96例老年期心力衰竭患者按治疗方案分为两组各48例。参照组行常规治疗,研究组患者在实施常规治疗基础上联合实施环磷酸腺苷葡胺治疗,观察比较两组的治疗有效率,以及接受治疗后的平均EF、E/A和CI值指标。结果研究组的治疗有效率高于参照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。接受治疗后,研究组的平均EF、E/A和CI值指标均显著高于参照组,统计学有差异(P<0.05)。结论针对老年期心力衰竭患者,在实施常规治疗基础上联用环磷酸腺苷葡胺给药治疗,能够有效提升患者临床治疗有效性,改善患者的临床指征,值得推广运用。Objective To verify the clinical value of meglumine cyclic adenosine monophosphate in the treatment of senile heart failure.Methods 96 elderly patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital in January 2016-2017 in December were divided into two groups according to the treatment plan,48 cases in each group.In the reference group,the patients were treated with routine treatment on the basis of routine treatment,and the efficacy of the two groups was observed and the average EF,E/A and CI values after the treatment were compared.Results The effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,with statistical difference（P〈0.05）.After treatment,the average EF,E/A and CI values in the study group were significantly higher than those in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion For the elderly patients with heart failure, on the basis of routine treatment,combined administration of adenosine cyclic adenosine phosphate can effectively improve the clinical efficacy of the patients and improve the clinical indications of the patients.It is worth popularizing.
