摘　　要：本文根据2016年中央"一号文件"精神以及江西省高校人文社会科学研究项目立项要求,全方位立体式对宜春市省推进城镇化和城市规划建设研究进行了整个系统阐述、分析和研究,概念鲜明,数据准确,观点新颖,建议合理,举措得力,思想深邃。为宜春市乃至全省、全国各兄弟省市自治区正在搞城镇化和城市规划建设的同行提供了一条可以遵循借鉴的好思路。我们期待宜春市、江西省和全国城镇化和城市规划建设工作顺利完成!Based on the spirit of 2016 Central Document No.1 and the requirements for the establishment of the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Project of Colleges and Universities in Jiangxi Province, this article systematically elaborates, analyzes and studies the research on promoting urbanization and urban planning in Yichun City. The concept is clear, the data is accurate, the viewpoint is novel, the suggestion is reasonable, the action is effective, and the thought is profound. This article provides a good idea for the cities engaged in urbanization and urban planning and construction and hopes to can promote the successful completion of urbanization and urban planning and construction in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province and the whole country.
