基于Orem理论的帕金森病家庭跟进式亲情护理教育和指导的远期效应

摘　　要：目的:探讨基于Orem理论的帕金森病家庭跟进式亲情护理教育指导远期效应。方法:选取本院神经内科住院治疗帕金森患者60,随机均分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予常规护理和健康宣教,观察组在对照组基础上给予基于Orem理论的帕金森病家庭跟进式亲情护理教育干预。出院后跟踪随访1年,对比两组患者自护能力和生活质量。结果:干预前,两组患者自护能力和生活质量各项得分比较无明显差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后出院1年的跟踪随访结果,观察组患者自护能力和生活质量各项评分均明显高于对照组,差异有显著统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对帕金森病患者实施基于Orem理论的帕金森病家庭跟进式亲情护理教育,可显著改善患者自我护理能力,有效提高患者生存质量。Objective：To explore the long-term effect of follow-up family nursing follow-up education for Parkinson’s disease based on Orem’s theory.Methods：The 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease who were hospitalized in our department of neurology were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 30 cases each.The control group was given routine nursing and health education.The observation group was given a follow-up family-friendly nursing education intervention based on the Orem theory based on the Orem theory.After follow-up for one year after discharge,the self-care ability and quality of life of the two groups were compared.Results：Before the intervention,there was no difference in self-care ability and quality of life scores between the two groups,with no statistical significance（P 〉0.05）;follow-up results after discharge for one year after intervention,and self-care ability and quality of life in the observation group The scores were significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P 〈0.05）.Conclusion：The implementation of home-based follow-up kinship nursing education for Parkinson’s disease based on Orem’s theory in patients with Parkinson’s disease can significantly improve patients’ self-care ability and effectively improve their quality of life.
