摘  要:介绍了一款单发双收的便携式雷达收发系统设计。该系统采用了多芯片微组装技术实现了本振源、收发通路以及控制电路的小型一体化设计,适应了现代化雷达对集成化、小型化、强电磁兼容性的设计要求。它的工作频率在Ku波段,发射功率达到8 W,接收增益达到50 d B。最后对整个模块的测试结果进行了对比分析,该模块的接收增益要比文献[1]设计的模块大10 d B,体积大小只有文献[1]设计的43.9%。This paper introduces the design of a portable radar transceiver system,which includes a transmission path and two receiving channels. The system uses multi-chip and micro-assembly technology to realize the small-scale integrated design of the local oscillator,the transceiver and the control circuit,which is suitable for the design requirements of modern radar for integration,miniaturization and strong electromagnetic compatibility. It works in the Ku-band,the transmitting power reaches 8 W,and the receiving gain reaches 50 dB. The paper finally carries on the contrast analysis to the test result of the whole module. The gain of the module is larger than that of the module designed in literature[1],and the size of the module is only 43. 9% of the design of document[1].
