克罗米芬加小剂量雌激素治疗不孕症的临床探讨

摘　　要：目的 :探讨克罗米芬 (CC)加小剂量乙烯雌酚对子宫内膜厚度的影响和受孕效果。方法 :5 0例月经周期 40± 2天左右的无排卵不孕症患者。随机抽取 2 5例对照组 (甲组 ) ,月经周期第 5天服CC 5 0～ 2 0 0mg/d ,连服 5天。另 2 5例为实验组 (乙组 ) ,月经周期第 5天CC 5 0～ 2 0 0mg/d ,连服 5天 ,停药后服乙烯雌酚 0 .2 5mg/d ,连服 10天。月经周期第 2 0天测子宫内膜厚度 ,B超、BBT监测排卵。结果 :5 0例共治疗 15 8个月经周期 ,甲组子宫内膜厚度为 7.2 9± 1.3 1mm ,乙组为 8.3 1± 1.48mm (P <0 .0 5 ) ;甲组受孕率为 3 2 .0 % ,乙组为 44 .0 % (P >0 .0 5 )。结论 :CC +小剂量乙烯雌酚可改善子宫内膜厚度 ,有利于胚泡着床 。Objective: To research the effects of CC and small dosage diethylstilbestrol on the inner film thick of womb and pregnancy.Method:There are 50 cases of non-ovulat sterility with(40±2) days menstrual cycle.We randomly chose 25 cases as control group(first),vit CC 50 to 200mg in the 5th day,for 5 days.The other 25 cases as experiment group(second) vit CC 50 to 200mg, for 5 days;vit diethylstilbestrol 0.25mg after using CC,for 10 days.We test the inner film of womb,B-ultrasonography and BBT were used to test ovulat.Result: 50 cases were treated after 158 menstrual cycle.Inner film of womb of the first group is (7.29±1.31)mm,and the second is (8.31±1.48)mm (P<0.05).The conceive rate of the first group is 32%,and the second is 44%.Conclusion:CC and small dosage diethylstilbestrol may improve the inner film thick of womb,it is benefit for embryo to implant and improve the conceive rate.
