河南省三门峡市乡村医生执业环境的调查与分析

摘　　要：目的在数据分析的基础之上,了解河南省三门峡市乡村医生执业环境的基本状况,发现其中存在的问题及原因,并为乡村医生执业环境的改善提供科学依据。方法在2015年12月—2016年6月期间,对河南省三门峡市184名乡村医生的基本情况和执业环境等进行问卷调查,并对收集到的数据进行统计分析。结果乡村医生年龄集中分布在40岁以上(49.2%),35名(19.0%)乡村医生未取得任何从业资格证书,村卫生室使用年限在10年以上的有102间(55.4%),96名(52.2%)乡村医生既没有进行卫生宣传也没有进行在岗培训。结论河南省三门峡市乡村医生的性别比例失调且整体年龄偏大,政府应对年轻乡村医生执业政策给予倾斜鼓励;应规范乡村医生证书的颁发和使用;加大农村医疗机构建设政府投入;定期对乡村医生进行在岗培训和执业再教育。Objective To understand the current situation of practicing environment of rural doctor in Sanmenxia,Henan province,and to find out the existing problems and causes to provid scientific basis for the improvement of rural doctor＇s practicing environment.Methods During the period from December 2015 to June 2016,the basic situation and practice environment of 184 rural doctors in Sanmenxia city of Henan province were investigated,and the relevant statistical analysis was carried out on these collected data.Results The age of the rural doctors were mostly over 40 years old（49.2%）,and 35（19.0%）rural doctors did not obtain any qualification certificates.The service life of 102（55.4%）village health room was more than ten years.96（52.2%）rural doctors did not conduct health promotion or receive on-the-job training.Conclusion The overall age of rural doctors is aging,and the gender is unbalanced in Sanmenxia city,Henan province.The government should encourage the practice of young rural doctors;and standardize the issuance and use of rural doctors certificate.The investment to rural medical institutions should increased,and the regularly on-the-job training and re-education opportunity should be improved.
