摘　　要：目的评价武汉市医疗卫生机构运营效率。方法以2009—2014年武汉市面板数据为研究对象,采用DEA的CCR模型、BCC模型和Malmquist模型进行分析。结果 2014年武汉市有4个区处于规模报酬不变阶段;2009—2014年武汉市全要素生产效率和技术进步有所提高,而技术效率、纯技术效率和规模效率均下降,远城区全要素生产率高于中心城区。结论武汉市医疗卫生机构全要素生产效率发展不平衡,管理水平不高,建议卫生行政部门统筹规划,积极探索医疗卫生机构管理体制改革。Objective This study aims to evaluate the operation efficiency of medical facilities in Wuhan.Methods The CCR model,BCC model and Malmquist model of DEA was established by using the panel data of 2009-2014 from medical facilities in Wuhan.Results In the study of 13 administrative districts,there were 4 administrative districts of medical facilities at the constant returning to scale stage in 2014.The TFP and technology progress was improving,while those of technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency,and scale efficiency were decreasing.The TFP of suburbs was better than center area in Wuhan.Conclusion The total productivity of medical facility in Wuhan was unbalanced and showed a trend from decline to rise.The health administrative departments should overall planning for health resources;actively explore structural reform of hospital management.
