摘  要:为减轻大规模电动汽车随机充电给交通网、配电网带来的不利影响,同时提升新能源的消纳水平,文中建立了考虑新能源出力的"交通网-配电网-充电设施网"模型,并提出基于交通、电网和新能源信息的电动汽车多网融合充电路径规划方法。通过对某地区一天内电动汽车的运行和充电状态的仿真,验证了文中所提出的规划方法。仿真结果表明,该规划方法能够有效地均衡各充电站的充电负荷,优化配电网和交通网的运行状态,对提升新能源消纳水平也有着积极意义。In order to reduce the adverse effects that the random charge of electric vehicles brings to the transportation network and distribution network,while enhancing the level of consumption of new energy,this paper establishes a model of "traffic network-distribution network-charging facilities network"which considers new energy output,and puts forward the charging route planning method based on multinetwork integration. The model is verified by simulating the operation and charging states of the electric vehicles in a certain area. The simulation results show that the proposed method can effectively balance the charging load of each charging station,optimize the operation status of distribution network and transportation network, and also has positive significance to enhance the level of new energy consumption.
