论福建泉州推进“21世纪海上丝绸之路”经贸合作优势

摘　　要："21世纪海上丝绸之路"在传承古代海上丝绸之路和平友好、互利共赢价值理念的基础上,注入了新的时代内涵,其在我国对外开放、扩大人文交流和开展经贸合作等方面的作用正日益凸显。泉州作为古代"海上丝绸之路"的起点城市,既是古代"海上丝绸之路"重要的发祥地又是主要港口中心城市。今天,推进"21世纪海上丝绸之路"经贸合作,为泉州提供了千载难逢的发展契机、搭建了沟通协作平台,因此具有重要的现实意义。同时,泉州本身拥有宏观政策、经济贸易、社会文化和港口区位等方面的优势。因此,泉州应当结合历史区位特色,顺应时代潮流,在对接台湾地区产业转移,与东南亚国家和地区深化国际贸易,发挥泉商、华侨的人脉资源优势,以及进一步优化港口资源等方面加大力度,从而为泉州进一步深入推进"21世纪海上丝绸之路"经贸合作提供有效的支持和坚实的保障。The Silk Road on the sea in the twenty-first century, which inherits the value and concept of peace,friendship, mutual benefit and double win advocated by the ancient Silk Road and adds the new connotation of the times to it on that basis, is playing an increasingly significant role in China opening to the outside world, enhancing exchanges in humanistic sectors, carrying out economic and trade cooperation, etc. Quanzhou, the starting point city of the ancient Silk Road on the sea, is both an important origin of the ancient Silk Road on the sea and a major port and central city. Presently, the promotion of economic and trade cooperation oriented towards the Silk Road on the sea in the twenty-first century, which provides a golden opportunity and builds a cooperative and communicative platform for the development of Quanzhou, is of much practical significance. Quanzhou, which also has advantages of macro policy, economy and trade, social culture, port and regional position, etc., should give full play to the advantage of such friendsourcing as Quanzhou merchants and overseas Chinese in connecting the Taiwan industrial transfer, deepening trade with Southeast Asian countries and regions and optimizing port resources further according to its regional characteristics and conforming to the trend of the times, so as to provide effective support and solid guarantee for Quanzhou to promote economic and trade cooperation oriented towards the Silk Road on the sea in the twenty-first century further.
