摘　　要：教学与科研是高校的两大重要职能,二者之间是相互促进、协同发展的关系。新建本科院校教学、科研发展失衡现象要求,探索教学与科研的互动机制,促进教学与科研有机结合、协同发展、实现共赢。Teaching and research are the two important functional roles that colleges and universities needs to perform. The relationship between the two is mutual promotion and cooperative development. However, there exists an out-of-balance phenomenon in teaching and research in newlybuilt undergraduate colleges. It is necessary to explore the interactive mechanism between teaching and research to promote their organic combination and coordinated development and to achieve a win-win result.
