摘  要:随着经济全球化的水平越来越高,国家之间的联系愈发密切,英语作为国际通用语言,在国家合作中具有重要作用,这也就使英语水平成为衡量一个人才的重要标准。我国对于英语教学有极高的重视,然而,受到多种主观或客观因素的影响,我国大学英语的教学重点依然集中在理论知识的教学上,导致学生只具有解题能力,而难以利用英语进行交际,这也就导致了大学英语教学水平难以得到提升。因此,要对传统的英语教学模式进行革新。贯彻和落实混合式学习模式,可以有效提升大学英语教学水平。通过分析混合式学习模式的基本内涵,阐述大学英语教学的现状,提出"互联网+"背景下大学英语听说教学混合式学习模式的构建思路,达到提升学生英语应用水平的核心目的。As the level of economic globalization keeps advancing, the connection between the countries gets increasingly closer. English, as an international language, plays an important role in the national cooperation. English proficiency has become an important criterion to measure talents. Great importance has been attached to English teaching in China; however, due to the influence from many subjective or objective factors, college English teaching in China still focus on the teaching of theoretical knowledge, which explains the fact that students only have strong test-taking ability, but have difficulty in using English for communication and the fact that the level of college English teaching is difficult to get promoted. Therefore, it is necessary to innovate the traditional English teaching model. The implementation and application of blended learning model can effectively improve college English teaching. In this regard, this paper analyzes the basic connotation of blended learning model, expounds the present situation of the college English teaching, and puts forward the idea of constructing the blended learning model for college English listening and speaking teaching under the background of "Internet +". This teaching model aims to improve students' level in English application.
