摘　　要：城市轨道交通的制动系统作为保障行车安全的核心系统,在经过维护或大修后,需进行相关功能的检测和试验,合格后方可重新安装在车辆上。本研究针对该检测技术难点,开发了用于地铁车辆的单元制动器试验台,对管路选择、管路连接方式、阀件选型、气路及机械系统设计进行了研究,对检修后的单元制动装置进行多种功能试验。经检验,该试验台可满足地铁列车制动系统单元制动器单元例行试验的要求。braking of urban rail transit system as the core for the safety of the system, after the maintenance or overhaul, need to related functions of inspection and test, qualified rear can reinstall on the vehicle. Aiming at the technology difficulty, this study developed a unit for metro vehicle brake test bench, the line selection, selection of pipe connections, valves, pneumatic and mechanical system design are studied, after the repair unit braking device for a variety of function test. According to the test, the test bench can meet the requirements of the routine test of the brake unit of the subway train braking system.
