摘  要:目的:为提高小儿氨酚黄那敏喷雾干燥制粒颗粒的成品率和颗粒水分含量,需要筛选制备工艺。方法:采用喷雾干燥制粒机制粒并在流化床上进行干燥,以颗粒喷雾的物料温度、喷雾制粒的润湿剂流速、雾化压力及喷雾的时间为考察因素,每个因素三个水平,以颗粒的成品率及半成品颗粒的水分含量为考察指标,采用正交设计法优选出最佳喷雾干燥制备工艺。结果:四因素中以物料温度的影响最为显著,其次为润湿剂的流速,雾化压力和喷雾时间工艺影响不大。结论:小儿氨酚黄那敏颗粒最佳的喷雾干燥工艺条件为A2B3C2D1,即物料温度(35℃);润湿剂流速(60F),雾化压力(0.10Pa),喷雾时间(45分钟)。Objective : in order to improve the yield and particle moisture content of paracetamol and paracetamol granules for spray drying, it is necessary to screen the preparation process. Methods : by spray drying granulator granulation and drying in a fluidized bed, spray particles in the material temperature, spray granulation wetting velocity,atomization pressure and spray time as the factors, three levels of each factor indexes to water content ratio of finished product and semi-finished granules by orthogonal design. Method to select the optimum spray drying preparation process. Results : the influence of material temperature was the most significant in the four factors, followed by the velocity of wetting agent, and the atomization pressure and spraying time had little influence. Conclusion : the optimum spray drying condition of Pediatric Paracetamol Atificial Cow-bezoar and Chlorphenamine Maleate Granules is A2 B3 C2 D1, that is, material temperature( 35 DEG C), wetting agent flow rate( 60 F), atomizing pressure( 0. 10 Pa) and spray time( 45 minutes).
