摘 要:本文主要以摩擦焊机的齿轮为研究对象,对其在工作过程中齿轮的啮合情况进行了仿真,并探究了各个齿轮在啮合过程中的应力分布情况,解释了在啮合初始阶段应力出现峰值的原因。然后结合整个过程,齿轮的应力一直小于其材料的屈服强度,所以认为齿轮的设计较为合理。此外,通过对齿轮静力分析,发现其在载荷之下应变较小,所以几乎不可能发生异常啮合的情况。In this paper, the gears of the steel-claw friction welding machine are mainly studied. The meshing of the gears in the working process is simulated. The Distribution of stress on each gear is explored in the meshing process, and also giving the reason for the peak stress in the stage at the initial meshing process. Finally, in conjunction with the entire process, the stress of the gear has always been less than the yield strength of its material,so it is considered that the design of the gear is reasonable. In addition, through the static analysis of the gear, it was found that the strain under the load is small, so it is almost impossible to happen abnormal engagement.
