摘  要:浇注MFT8钢种一直存在中包水口结瘤问题,对生产顺行和产品质量造成不利影响,通过对中包水口结瘤物分析,发现主要是由氧化铝引发的结瘤问题,以此对工艺参数调整、适当延长钢水镇静时间及防止钢水二次氧化几个方面同时改进,有效控制了生产MFT8钢中包水口结瘤问题。The production of MFT8 steel products has always had the problem of nodulation at the water inlet,which has an adverse effect on production compliance and product quality. Through the analysis of the Tundish water mouth nodule,it was found that the main problem was nodules caused by alumina,and this adjusted the process parameters,Prolong the sedation time of molten steel and prevent the secondary oxidation of molten steel in several aspects at the same time improve,and effectively control the problem of nodulation at the water outlet in the production of MFT8 steel.
