摘 要:Pt/CeO_2是一类重要的贵金属-稀土氧化物催化剂,在许多化工生产过程中有着广泛应用,但其热稳定性较差、使用寿命短的问题始终没有得到有效解决。本文利用仲丁醇铝水解在Pt/CeO_2催化剂中填充纳米Al_2O_3作为抗扩散层,比较了填充与未填充Al_2O_3抗扩散层的Pt/CeO_2催化剂经500~800℃高温老化后的烧结程度,并以CO氧化作为探针反应来考查Al_2O_3抗扩散层的填充对Pt/CeO_2催化剂抗烧结性能的影响。结果表明,Pt/CeO_2催化剂在800℃老化5 h后对CO的完全转化温度由120℃提高到380℃;而Pt/CeO_2@Al_2O_3催化剂经相同条件老化后对CO的完全转化温度仅由190℃提升至220℃。Pt / CeO2 is an important precious metal-rare earth oxide composite catalyst, which was utilized in various industrialprocesses. However, the problem of its poor thermal stability and short service life has not been effectively solved. In this paper, Al2O3was employed as anti-diffusion layer by the hydrolysis of aluminum tri-sec-butoxide, and the sintering degree of the catalysts beforeand after the addition of Al2O3 was also compared. The oxidation of CO was used as a probe to examine the effect of Al2O3 on the sinterresistance of Pt/CeO2 catalysts. The results showed that after aging at 800 ℃ for 5 h, for Pt/CeO2 catalyst, the temperature for CO com?plete oxidation increased from 120℃ to 380℃, while the activity of Pt/CeO2-rod@Al2O3 catalyst barely changed after aging and the tem?perature for CO complete oxidation increased from 190 ℃ to 220 ℃.
