摘  要:设计并合成了一种未曾报道的胡椒醛-罗丹明B衍生物荧光探针,并将其用于识别金属铜离子。研究表明,在pH为7.4的Tris-HCl缓冲溶液中,在乙腈/水的溶液体系中,探针为无色且无明显荧光强度;Cu2+的加入使得探针螺环打开体系共轭增加,溶液由无色变为粉色,且在578 nm处出现强的荧光响应,说明该探针可识别Cu^(2+)。相同条件下,通过与多种金属离子对比,发现该探针对Cu2+识别具有高选择性。在0~2.8μmol/L范围内,Cu^(2+)浓度与荧光强度呈现良好的线性关系。This study was conducted in Datong city, northern Shanxi area. The effects of artificial cultivation of morchella in sim-ple shade shelters and warm sheds were compared. Results show that the morchella can be grown successfully both in the simple green?houses and the warm shed. However, it is difficult to manage easily, and has poor ability against bad weather and long production cyclein greenhouses. Artificial cultivation of morchella in warm sheds has shorter production period and higher yield, and is the first choiceof facilities for morels cultivation in northern Shanxi area.
