摘　　要：城市社会性弱势群体是公共图书馆重要的读者群之一,为其提供良好的服务具有重要的社会意义。但笔者通过调查发现,因为经济收入、社会偏见以及公共图书馆自身服务缺失等原因,公共图书馆对城市社会性弱势群体的服务并不完善,图书馆需要在消除心理障碍、降低经济花费、提供针对性服务等方面做出更多努力才能提供更好的服务。Urban social vulnerable groups are the important readers of the public library,and it is of great social significance to provide good service.However,according to the survey,the author found that economic income,social bias and the lack of public library services and other reasons caused the public library of urban social vulnerable groups of services be not perfect.The library needs to eliminate psychological barriers,reduce the economy Spend and provide targeted services to make more efforts to provide better service.
