摘　　要：宋人笔记中多有关于北宋新旧两党之争的记述,充分自由地表达各自的政治见解和立场。本文从《四库总目》评语这一角度进行切入,对宋人笔记与北宋党争进行深入的分析,以期探讨其评价是否妥当。There are much recording and narration about the disputesbetween the old and the new parties in the Northern SongDynasty in the notes of the Song Dynasty. They fully expressedtheir political opinions and positions freely. This paper cuts infrom the perspective of the comments in ＂Annotated Catalog ofthe Complete Imperial Library＂ and analyzes the notes of theSong Dynasty and the party disputes in the Northern Song Dynastyin order to discuss whether the comments are appropriate.
