体位垫联合局部涂抹芦荟胶在俯卧位手术中防压疮的效果研究

摘　　要：目的探究在俯卧位手术中联合应用体位垫、芦荟胶局部涂抹预防压疮的临床效果。方法选取2016年2月~2017年6月我院收治的脊柱俯卧位手术患者120例,按照治疗方法的不同将其分为对照组、观察组,每组60例。对照组患者采用体位垫进行治疗,观察组患者采用体位垫联合芦荟胶局部涂抹进行治疗,比较两组患者皮肤受压情况以及压疮发生率。结果两组患者的皮肤受压情况均有明显好转趋势,术后1 h,观察组患者的不同皮肤受压情况发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者的术后30 min、24 h、48 h皮肤受压情况发生率的比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组患者的术后48 h不同皮肤受压情况发生率均低于术后30 min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的压疮发生率(3.33%)低于对照组的13.33%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=3.927,P=0.048)。结论在俯卧位手术中体位垫联合芦荟胶局部涂抹可以有效预防患者压疮的发生,对皮肤起到一定的保护作用,具有临床应用价值。Objective To explore the clinical effect of local application of positional pad and aloe vera gel in the prevention of pressure sores in prone-position surgery.Methods A total of 120 patients who underwent spinal prone position surgery in our hospital from February 2016 to June 2017 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods,with 60 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with body position pads,while patients in the observation group were treated with body position pads combined with local application of aloe gel,and the skin pressure and pressure ulcer incidence of the two groups were compared.Results The skin pressure of two groups of patients has obvions improvement wend.The incidence of difference skim compression in the observation group was lower than that of the control group 1 h after operation,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.There was no significant difference in the incidence of skin compression between the two groups 30 min,24 h and 48 h after operation（P〉0.05）.the skin pressure of the two groups was lower than that of 30 min after 48 h operation（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of pressure sores in the observation group was 3.33% lower than that in the control group（13.33 %（8/60）,and the difference was statistically significant（χ2=3.927,P=0.048）.Conclusion In the prone-position surgery,the position pad combined with local application of aloe vera gel can effectively prevent the occurrence of pressure sores and play a certain protection on the skin,which has a clinical application value.
