输尿管软镜联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗肾结石的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的研究输尿管软镜联合体外冲击波碎石术治疗肾结石的效果。方法选取2015年2月~2017年2月我院收治的120例肾结石患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组60例。观察组采用输尿管软镜、体外冲击波碎石术联合治疗,对照组采用常规治疗方法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组治疗后的碎石成功率为81.67%,高于对照组的65.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的总体清除率为96.67%,高于对照组的56.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的手术时间为(82.41±9.63)min,短于对照组的(95.68±12.49)min,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论输尿管软镜、体外冲击波碎石术联合治疗肾结石效果显著,安全可行,不仅能够缩短患者手术治疗时间,而且可以提高碎石成功率,避免患者出现不良反应,对患者康复价值很高。Objective To study the effect of flexible ureteroscope combined with extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi.Methods A total of 120 cases of renal calculi from February 2015 to February 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with flexible ureteroscope and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy,and the control group was treated with routine treatment,and the therapeutic effect of the two groups was compared.Results After treatment,the gravel success rate of the observation group was 81.67%,which was higher than 65% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.In the observation group,the total clearance rate was 96.67%,which was higher than 56.67% in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence rate of complication in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The operation time of the observation group was（82.41±9.63） min,which was lower than（95.68±12.49） min of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The effect of combination of flexible ureteroscope and extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy in the treatment of renal calculi is significant,safe and feasible,which not only shortens the operation time of patients,but also improve the success rate of crushed stone crushing,avoid the adverse reaction of the patients,and have high recovery value for the patients.
