简易气囊用于会阴侧切合并阴道深度撕裂伤口的效果

摘　　要：目的探讨简易气囊在会阴侧切伴阴道深度延裂伤口的缝合技术中的应用价值。方法选取2016年7月~2017年12月在我院产科经阴道分娩发生会阴侧切伴阴道深度延裂的产妇83例,随机分为观察组(在常规缝合的基础上运用简易气囊辅助缝合,43例)和对照组(采用常规会阴缝合术,40例)。观察两组的缝合时间、疼痛评分、重新缝合率、切口甲级愈合率、切口感染率指标。结果观察组缝合时间、疼痛评分、伤口感染率和重新缝合率分别为(14.22±2.64)min、(4.72±0.95)分、4.6%和7.0%,均明显低于对照组的(18.09±1.23)min、(6.88±0.63)分、20.0%和22.5%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的甲级愈合率为86.0%,明显高于对照组的65.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论简易气囊在会阴侧切伴阴道深度延裂伤口的缝合过程中能减少产妇疼痛,提高缝合速度,避免重新缝合,术后伤口愈合好。Objective To investigate the application value of simple gasbag in the suture process of perineum side cut with deep laceration of vagina.Methods Eighty-three puerperants of vaginal delivery（erineum side cut and deep laceration of vagina）in our hospital from July 2016 to December 2017 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group（conventional perineal suture combined with simple balloon,43 cases） and control group（conventional perineorrhaphy,40 cases）.Surgery situation,postoperative pain,incision healing and other indicators were observed.Results In the observation group,the suture time,the average pain score of wound,infection rate of wound and resuture rate were（14.22 ±2.64） min,（4.72 ±0.95） point,4.6%,and 7.0%,respectively,which were all significantly lesser than those of the control group（P〈0.05）,（18.09±1.23） min,（6.88±0.63） point,20.0% and 22.5%,respectively.Grade A healing rate in the observation group（86.0%） was significantly better than that in the control group（65.0%）,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion The simple gasbag can reduce the pain of the mother,improve the speed of suture,avoid re suture and improve the healing of the wound in puerperants of vaginal delivery（perineum side cut and deep laceration of vagina）.
