摘　　要：目的评价宝心宁胶囊对小鼠睡眠改善作用。方法昆明种小鼠雌雄各半,随机分为空白对照组,阳性对照组,宝心宁胶囊高、中、低剂量组5组,每组10只,分别灌服蒸馏水、地西泮混悬液10 mg/kg和宝心宁胶囊混悬液(1800、900、450 mg/kg)。延长戊巴比妥钠睡眠时间试验观察宝心宁胶囊对睡眠时间的影响,戊巴比妥钠阈下剂量催眠试验观察宝心宁胶囊与戊巴比妥钠的协同作用,巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期试验观察宝心宁胶囊对小鼠睡眠潜伏期的影响。结果宝心宁胶囊高、中两个剂量均显著延长小鼠在戊巴比妥钠睡眠试验中的睡眠时间、缩短其入睡潜伏期,同时明显缩短巴比妥钠睡眠潜伏期,并与阈下剂量戊巴比妥钠协同作用。结论宝心宁胶囊具有改善小鼠睡眠作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Baoxinning capsule on mice sleep improvement. Methods Kunming mice,half male and half female,were randomly divided into 5 groups,normal control group,diazepam control group,Baoxinning capsule high-dose（ 1800 mg/kg）,middle-dose（ 900 mg/kg）,low-dose group（ 450 mg/kg）,（ 10 rats per group）,and respectively were fed with distilled water,diazepam suspension and three concentrations of Baoxinning capsule suspension. The pentobarbital-induced sleep time test was used to determine the effect of Baoxinning capsule on sleep time and the latency under the influence of pentobarbital. The sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital-induced sleep time test was used to observe the cooperative effect of Baoxinning capsule with pentobarbital. The barbitalinduced sleep latency test was used to study the possible effects of the Baoxinning capsule on mice sleep latency under the in fluence of barbital. Results Baoxinning capsule at both high and middle doses could significantly elongate the sleep time in the pentobarbital-treated mice,reduce the sleep latency and diminish the barbital-induced sleep latency,while Baoxinning capsule had cooperative effect with the sub-threshold dose of pentobarbital. Conclusion Baoxinning capsule could improve the sleep disorder in mice.
